Network marketing is about being part of a successful team and GDI is at its best when our affiliates are happy and successful, so read on for tips to help ensure that you don’t lose prospects in the sign up process.
Offer Help Step by Step
As you know, or may have experienced, sometimes your upline can go missing, sometimes when you need them most. It may be an easy process, but potential new signups may have questions or concerns when officially signing up for the first time. It’s important that you let them know that you are available and ready to help. Being there to answer questions can help guide a prospect and put them at ease as they go through the sign up process to join your team. Better yet, try to keep track of issues people may have signing up, and frequent questions. Create your own document or email around these issues and questions and provide it to prospects to help guide them through the process.
Whether a new prospect ultimately signs up or not, it is important to follow up with them. This proves that you are a supportive upline and if they signed up, will make them feel confident they joined the right team. If the prospect didn’t sign up, following up shows that you care about them and their choices when it comes to network marketing. Try to find out why they decided not to sign up and address these issues, you may be able to turn their opinion around, or at least get good practice and know how to help the next prospect.
Provide a Clear Call to Action
Are you looking for premium sign ups but finding that all you are getting is basic? Have you taken the time to explain the benefit of premium to your prospects? It’s a simple step, but this can help you get what you want from people.
Another problem may be that people are not aware that they can sign up as a premium member from day one. People may see it as only an upgrade option for basic, but you can start your time with GDI as premium members and start making premium money from the very beginning. So let prospects know this and share the benefits of premium with them before they go through the sign up process. You can even show them this video or direct them to this blog.
Good luck, and leave your tips for helping new network marketing prospects in the comments!
