What is Google+?

What is Google+?

Google+ is a newer social networking service offered by Google that allows for status updates, links, photos and more to be shared much like they are on Facebook, but with the added privacy of sharing this information only with certain circles that you set up. If you already have a Google account, setting up a Google+ profile can be seamless.

What is a Google + Profile?

From Google: Your profile is the way you represent yourself on Google products and across the web. With your profile, you can manage the information that people see — such as your bio, contact details, and links to other sites about you or created by you.

While your profile is public, your full name is the only required information that will be displayed on your profile; you’ll be able to edit or remove any other information that you don’t want to share. Your profile is all about you, and you deserve to be in control of your information.

What Are Circles?

From Google: Google+ Circles helps you organize everyone according to your real-life social connections–say, ‘family,’ ‘work friends,’ ‘music buddies,’ and ‘alumni’. Then, you can share relevant content with the right people, and follow content posted by people you find interesting.

You can also decide to customize your personal profile information for your circles. For example, your contact details, location, and relationship information would be visible to your friends circle, while your employment history and education would be visible to your alumni association circle.

Should I Set Up a Google+ Profile or a Google+ Page?

This depends on what your use for it will be. If you want a profile to share information with family and friends, but also with possible network marketing contacts, then a profile with different circles may be the best choice for you. If you would like to set up a page, specifically for your team, like XYZ Marketing, then a Google+ business page may make the most sense.

How will Google+ Help My Network Marketing Efforts?

Staying with the trends is always in your best interest for network marketing. Google+ allows you one more way to expand your network marketing reach online. Taking the time to learn what Google+ has to offer and sharing status updates and connecting it like minded individuals on can prove beneficial to building your business and Income for Life. If you create a Google+ business page, this page and its posts will also come up in search results, giving you another way to gain traffic.

Duplication, Simply

What is Duplication?

When used in network marketing and GDI, duplication is a system in which you develop a marketing plan for the opportunity that can be easily and successfully replicated or duplicated by your team members. It should be a system that is easy to learn, easy to repeat and easy to share with your downline and team members.

Why is it so popular?

It is popular because it must be simple in order to be repeated and is and often tested and successful. Some top affiliates swear by duplication as it is easy to teach your team how to people successful and share this method again and again.

How do I build a duplication system?

First you need to find out a system that works. Ask yourself how have you been successful and how easy or difficult it might be to have this success again. Streamline your approach in a way that you can teach new team members the tools and advice they need to be as successful as you. As they succeed with your method and are able to train their downline, you will know you have created a successful duplication marketing system. If you are looking to join GDI, do your research into sponsors who can offer this easy training and duplication method.
