Use this LinkedIn Feature to Build Your Online Reputation

We’ve posted before about ways your LinkedIn profile can help yLinkedIn Featureou grow your business, but did you know it can also help you manage your reputation? One LinkedIn feature does just that, and though it may take a little extra work, the benefits can be huge. That feature is the recommendations feature. Recommendations on LinkedIn appear within your profile and can come from anyone who can vouch for your work at a specific job or business venture. These recommendations show proof of your work and abilities and help your profile stand out.

So how do you get a recommendation? Log in to your LinkedIn profile and then navigate to the Profile tab. Here you will see a drop down that includes Recommendations. Once you click on Recommendations, you will see a listing of your positions and work past and present. Select a position and a coworker who can has the knowledge to endorse your work at that company. This recommendation will now appear on your profile. It’s important to connect with other GDI affiliates on LinkedIn and your team members so fellow affiliates can recommend you and share the success they had with you.

Five Ways to Ensure Success as a New Affiliate

  1. Get in touch with your upline. Now is the time to make sure you have open lines of communication with your upline. If you don’t already have their contact information, click on Upline on the lefthand navigation in the Members Area. Ask questions and get connected with your most powerful resource.

Learn More and Leverage: GDI Leaderboards

Leaderboards can be found in the Members Area in GDI Bonuses. The Leaderboards show the progression of affiliates who are in the running to achieve the Weekly Superstar Bonus. For every five new accounts signed up by an affiliate during the indicated date range, they potentially receive $100.

The Leaderboards should not be used as a guide to see how top affiliates are performing. The amounts shown are not guaranteed. These Leaderboards are updated in real-time, so expect to see the amounts change. Only new signups that convert to paying customers on our first charge attempt on their 7th day when their free trial ends will be counted towards bonuses.

While the leaders can change throughout the week, the Leaderboards are a great resource for proof of affiliate’s who are successful with GDI. People can often be skeptical about the ability to make money with GDI, but the Leaderboard shows affiliates that are not only making money, but also in the running for bonuses.
